Bishop Nick is a family run craft brewery in Braintree. Established in 2011 by Nelion Ridley, the sixth generation of the Essex brewing family, Bishop Nick has garnered top industry awards for their range of traditional East Anglian ales - notably Silver Supreme Champion Beer of Britain for their leading brand Ridley's Rite. Nelion and Head Brewer Alex Ratter compliment their core range of bitters with seasonal Limited Editions available in cask and bottle.
