Chesil Smokery

Chesil Smokery is in its 14th year, having saved and restored an older smokery on the same site. We smoke and cure fish and meat, supplying both the retail and hospitality trade as well as the general public via our retail website. We’ve all sworn an oath here at the Chesil Smokery. And, that oath is “to do the right thing”. What that actually means is we want to create delicious smoked fish, meat and poultry using traditional methods that do justice to the best British ingredients.
