One of the oldest British Charcuterie companies in the UK, we pride ourselves in bringing you a large range of Salami, Chorizo, Lomo, Coppa, Bresaola and Jerky all made using Free-Range and Rare Breed Pork and Beef. All of our products (apart from Jerky) are Gluten, Wheat and Lactose free. We also offer monthly Curing and Smoking Courses from our premises just outside of Norwich City Centre
