Snowflake Luxury Gelato has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2012 by Asad Khan and our Head Chef Paolo Rivieccio. The starting point for that success is using only the very best ingredients – like organic Jersey milk and cream from a family-run farm in Somerset, carefully roasted IGP hazelnuts from the Piedmont region of Italy and the very best seasonal fruit around. We currently have 7 locations.
