Pure Milk Vodka Ltd - Black Cow

Black Cow, the world’s first Pure Milk Vodka, was launched by dairy farmer Jason Barber & artist Paul Archard in 2012. Made in Dorset from the milk of grass grazed cows, Black Cow vodka has a unique smooth & creamy character. Black Cow is made using what is left over from milk when making cheese. It starts with separating the milk into curds and whey. The curds make cheese – including Black Cow Cheddar – but the whey often ends up going to waste. Black Cow takes that whey & turns it into vodka.
