St Andrews Brewing Co was founded in 2012, over 100 years since the last St Andrews brewery closed down. We are here to re-establish St Andrews' place among the great centres of Scottish brewing; using our great clean water, our heritage malts and local ingredients. Having recently expanded our brewing capacity, we currently brew off a brand new 30 barrel Willis European kit, installed and commissioned in early 2019.
