I am a start up business ready to launch x3 sauces - Chimichurri, Chimi Diablo & Chimi Mayo (first of its kind in the UK) My family own and run Lomito, an Argentine restaurant based in Northwood, Middlesex. From my Argentine roots and parents hard work ethics, I have been inspired to try to introduce the UK to chimichurri - the ideal steak sauce found on nearly every table in Argentina!
