appleTeme is a family firm who have handpicked and pressed local apples to make delicious juices for a decade, blending heritage varieties for character and depth of flavour. Using forgotten fruits from the hedgerow and orchard, like damson, quince, elderberry and mulberry, combined with our apple juice we create exciting new drinks. We work sustainably using water, renewables and muscles to provide our power. Our waste pulp goes for animal feed and we operate from refurbished derelict maltings.
