I started making peanut butter in my kitchen. Friends and family loved it so I continued to make it. Shops then wanted it so as long as the repeat orders kept coming, I continued to roast nuts & mill nuts. I now make peanut butter and cashew nut butter for many delis and farm shops all over the UK.
