Following a 25 year long career working for some of the UK's great restaurants, including the Ivy and the Dorchester, in 2013 Shuk Ng set up The Two Shuks to realise her dream of producing the finest in home made artisanal food. She now creates an exquisite, additive and preservative free , range of artisanal bread, cakes, pastries, preserves and confectionery.
