Since 1955, Milco has been an integral part of the dairy industry in the Fribourg region. We only process milk from farmers within a 25-kilometre radius of our production site. Through our work, we aim to preserve the tradition of cheese-making expertise and promote regional identity. Every day, our master cheesemakers use traditional recipes to transform the finest Fribourg milk into high-quality cheese and other dairy products.
