Family-run and independent, AJ's Classic Cakes (AJ's) is an artisan bakery specialising in providing gluten free, vegan and allergy friendly cakes for those with special dietary requirements. The cottage industry is based in Balsall Common village near Coventry and caters to all cake lovers locally and within the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas. Angela Jones, founder of AJ's creates her own recipes to ensure the cakes are delicious with every bite.
