The Curious Farmer

We aim to produce the best tasting beef possible by working with native breeds, grown slowly and naturally on a grass-fed diet, minimising stress and ageing the beef for the right length of time. We farm regeneratively and butcher onsite. We sell all the cuts of the beef ourselves as well as processing them into pies, scotch eggs and sausage rolls which we sell at farmers markets in select local stores and in our on-farm Pie Shop.
