Diaccialone Società Agricola

La Maremmana is a farmstead buffalo cheese producer from Maremma Toscana - Italy. The farm has around 600 buffaloes and produces fresh and aged buffalo cheeses with a focus on raw milk. Over 80% of the produce the buffaloes eat is cultivated on the farm. The farm's organisation is inspired by the concept of circular economy and thus integrates agricultural production, raising cattle, producing dairy and producing renewable energy.
