A small organic farm situated in the heart of Somerset’s Blackmore Vale. We make award-winning cheeses, raise pigs and sheep and grow fruit and veg. We're best known for Renegade Monk, a soft, blue, ale-washed cow's milk cheese. We also make Rebel Nun (which is a little bluer and less pungent), La Fresca Margarita, a queso fresco style fresh cheese, Gert Lush (a Camembert style) and Lucky Marcel, a soft, yeast-ripened lactic cheese and winner of a Super Gold in the 2024 World Cheese Awards.
