I started the company in 2015 after retiring from the NHS after a career as a pioneering radiographer & consultant radiographer. I make preserves using our own allotment fruit & veg in Middlesbrough, or I source local produce. I make everything in my home kitchen in small batches. No additives are used. I am passionate about my products endeavouring to produce flavours that zing. Taught by my Italian mother to cook from the heart.
