Family owned and run company, with the 3rd and 4th generation working now in tandem to keep producing excellent quality iberian cured products in a most traditional manner. Iberian hams, shoulders, loins, chorizo and salchichon, made with the best ingredients, salted to perfection, cured in natural cellars, to enhance the flavors of the meat cuts coming from pigs that have spent their lives in the most natural environment, the Spanish woodland known as dehesa.
