Passion, curiosity and the thrill of discovery lead Selim Evin to start Chapter 7 in 2014. We’re an independent bottler. We don’t make whisky, we find it. We look for exceptional casks that mature extraordinary whisky. Our whiskies usually come from their original casks. We do finishing in different woods only when it offers a new dimension, not for adding colour or to make whisky palatable at an early age. We love bourbon cask aged whiskies most.
