The Curing Shed t/a Wilson's Provisions

The Curing Shed, trading as Wilson's Provisions, is an online 'traiteur' type business specialising in rare breed charcuterie, terrines, pâtés and braised dishes using the native breed pigs, sheep and cattle here on the farm. Also to make fermented vegtable and fruit dishes and pickles from the abundant produce in the surrounding farmland and hedgerows. It also offers an upstairs event space at the barn for wine dinners with local Kentish vineyards and charcuterie workshops.
