York Gin use traditional and sustainable methods to make a range of gins in York's only distillery - the vapour infusion technique ensures delicate flavour extraction. All our gins are inspired by our city’s 2,000 years of history and gin’s incredible past - our motto is ‘History in the Tasting’.
We are powered by 100% green electricity. We buy and use local wherever we possibly can: all our plastic-free bottles and packaging are made in Yorkshire. We are a registered Living Wage employer.
