Based on a farm in heart of the beautiful East Sussex countryside, our aim is simple: Inspired by brewing styles old and new, to make great beer, using the best ingredients. All our beers are brewed using our own spring water, drawn from deep below the wildflower meadows here on the farm. Most are vegan and many are also gluten free.
