Our mountain-farm hay milk is supplied by over 500 farming families from the Alpine region, such as the Bregenzerwald, the UNESCO-protected Biosphere Park Großes Walsertal , Tyrol and the neighboring Allgäu. The different variations of our hay milk specialties include various hard cheeses, semi-hard cheeses and soft cheeses.
