Wilson's Turkeys

Wilson's Turkeys is a fifth generation poultry producer in Co. Tyrone Northern Ireland specialising in producing the most outstanding Traditional Bronze turkeys for the Christmas market. Hatched in natural season in early June, slow grown to full maturity, and fed on a diet enriched with natural oats, which develops a beautiful finish and provides an even fuller flavour. Our birds are traditionally dry plucked by hand and game hung for 14 days to intensify the delicious flavour and texture.
