Marshfield Farm is a family home, a working farm and a multi-award-winning ice cream manufacturer, who tend to eleven hundred acres of organic farmland on the Cotswold Way in the South West of England and every drop of fresh milk in their ice cream can be traced back to the field it first came from. For over 30 years, they have been making deliciously indulgent British ice cream the way it should be made: with minimal environmental impact and maximum flavour.
