The Keen family make an old fashoned cheddar cheese.
Our cows produce the milk and we make the cheese with a long complex flavour and offer a pleasing flavour journey.
The cloth bound cheese are matured in our cheese cellars for 12 months for the mature and 24 months for more intence flavours.
