Having grown up in Africa with exotic fruits and vegetables and experiencing enjoyable domestic service at school, Veronica's foodie life continued in Ireland. She married a farmer and cooking for a family of 8 or more, using all produce from the farm, enhanced her food loving tendencies to create the unusual.
