Carico Cafe Connoisseur

Carico is a third-generation arabica coffee farmer and processor working with smallholdings on Mount Elgon, eastern Uganda, at 1,300–2,200 metres, adjacent to a UNESCO site. Through year-round support of smallholders in regenerative agriculture and planting 18,000 indigenous agroforestry seedlings since 2021, their coffee is hand-picked, washed, sun-dried and roasted in small batches.
