Plum Gasm is created by infusing Prosecco with homemade plum gin. The end result is rose gold in colour with a strong plum aroma, with hints of elderflower, zesty lemon and thyme. Orange blossom and peach notes taper on the palate into a sweet, off-dry finish. Serve chilled or over ice.
