Under the name Lácteos Toro Pujio, this venture is launched that is distinguished in the country for being the first to make different kinds of blue cheeses such as Azul (Traditional), Stracco (Gorgonzola) Italy, and Mariello cheese (Cabrales) Spain. For our exclusive cheeses we use ferments and inputs of Italian and French origin, so it takes us more than eight hours a day to process the fresh milk supplied by local producers.
