The Flüeler cheese dairy is a typical village cheese dairy with a traditionally close contact with the milk producers. The milk comes from the area around the cheese dairy and is delivered once or twice a day. Mainly Sbrinz, Bio Sbrinz, Parmino and various cheese specialties are produced.
