Irish Gourmet Butter was set up in 2017 by Billy and Mary Sharpe.
They manufacture fine Irish butter and make artisan flavoured butters. Unusually the company makes its own butter and flavour its own butter which is unique in Ireland, most companies flavour generic butters.
