We are a Business that started in a home kitchen in 2018. We opened our first shop during covid 2019 and have grown from strength to strength and never looked back since. A real passion for making Biltong & Droewors( South African style cured beef sausage) and having full traceability of our meats.We now run a very busy Artisan Butcher shop.Outdoor cooking over fire is another real passion and showcasing our grass-fed beef to others is also something we do regularly with our very own food truck.
