Ballygarvey Eggs

In the 1960's Samuel Davison sourced 36 laying hens to supply his father's shop with fresh eggs. By 1972 consumer demand had pushed the flock size to 1700 hens. Today we have approximately 65 farms All free range farms are certified to British Lion Quality and RSPCA standards. The lion mark is the guarantee that they are quality eggs laid by British hens vaccinated against salmonella. The hens have the ability to perch, preen, nest, forage & have access to outdoors during daylight hours
