Trefaldwyn Cheese is a small artisan cheese company based in Montgomery, Mid Wales. We make Trefaldwyn Blue which is a multi-award winning creamy blue cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk. The cheese is produced by hand in very small batches and left to mature for approximately a month before it is ready to eat.
