Fresh of the fells in the Lake District, made by a flavour obsessed cheesemaker and craft brewer who demands only the best when it comes to taste and ingredients. 'Zingi Bear' (from the latin for ginger 'zingiber') is based on a style of non alcoholic ginger beer called switchel - refreshing and rejuvenating apple cider vinegar & ginger elixirs once drunk by thirsty farmers whilst cutting hay all day in the searing sun, then after hours when the moon-shone as a mixer for spirits by night.
