The Struss cheese dairy is located in the beautiful Sense district in the canton of Friborg and has existed for over 100 years. Since 1986, master cheese maker Franz Jungo and his wife Liliane Jungo have successfully and enthusiastically run the cheese dairy as milk buyers for the Struss & St.Ursen cheese dairy cooperative.
