Happy hedgehog Foods uses the best unpasteurised with “Mother” apple cider vinegar and richest Balsamic combining it with fruits and sugars. Each vinegar is gently turned over a long period of time, which slowly releases the flavours, it makes the perfect salad dressing or dipping. These vinegars are also used in their unique range of pickles and form the base for their really popular Hot Sauces, which have a burst of fire that doesn’t ridicule or override the palate.
