I have been making jams and chutneys as a hobby for many years, always creating my own recipes and flavour combinations. Family and Friends always told me I need to start selling them. So after I had my daughter, Violet, she inspired me to create something. All my produce is hand cut by myself in our 5star hygiene rated kitchen. I use traditional cooking methods with my own secret recipes. We currently trade at farmers markets, we are in 4 retailers
