The Fresh Flour Company grow, mill and make products from flour. They sell wholesale flour to bakeries - Landrace, Flor London, Farro, Hylsten. They are the only people in the UK growing, milling and making dried pasta. They make it from ancient, heritage wheats and some water, also making crackers, biscuits and bran flakes using their own semolina and bran. Everything they do, or use, is analysed to make sure it is sustainable - ecologically, psychologically and economically.
