Our name and inspiration comes from the river Blackwater in County Cork, Ireland. We are a family run, mainly hobbyist, bee farming business. Our honey is 100% natural and made by native Irish honey bees. We have several apiaries throughout Ireland whereby each one produces its own distinctive taste, colour and honey flavour.
