We produce award winning charcuterie made from our own animals. Truly free-range meat, that has been born and bred in our woodlands, orchards, and pastures. Our pigs are Yorkshire Heritage breed Middle White, and Mangalitsa, the Wooly pig! They live a natural life rooting and foraging in the fresh air, drinking our spring water, never needing antibiotics. Their diet supplemented with apple mulch from a local cider company.
