The business commenced as a sole trader in September 2017 operating from one room at home but within a few months had to move to cope with demand from Booths supermarket stores and its cafes. The company specialises in the innovation and manufacture of sweet treats. All products are created by hand using no artificial colours, preservatives or artificial flavours. Studio Bakery has a strong commitment to the environment and local community via Studio Orchard Project.
