The Odd Mulled Syrup Company

We created this syrup in 2013 at our then Gastropub to be able to make large quantities of mulled wine and cider with consistency and now use it to make thousands of litres for our event bars at the Exeter Christmas Market and our other winter bars as Barnova - event bar specialists. We have also packaged the syrups for retail so people can enjoy really good mulled wine and cider at home in minutes with all the depth of flavour and aromatics as if they’d mulled it for hours. Sold at local shops.
