The Sausage Roll Kitchen

The Sausage Roll Kitchen was started in 2019, initially as a hobby which I quickly realised it's potential so I left my stressful firefighter and aviation jobs and embraced the pastry and sausage roll world! I now supply various cafes and farm shops within West Sussex on a daily basis and do weekly farmers markets. I only use free range meat in my products as well as organic eggs. Everything is cooked in my Aga cookers, Thelma and Louise, which I believe adds to the flavour.
