We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. Knoops can be enjoyed in one of our stores, or made at home using our real chocolate flakes. Our concept is based around our unique percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. At our heart is our founder Jens' passion for chocolate and the joy it can bring. We have developed our exclusive chocolate flakes for retail and wholesale.
