Moon Gelato

Moon Gelato was established in June 2020 by Aaron Heasley, a chef from Moira Northern Ireland. After travelling to Italy to study the art of Gelato making at the Carpigiani Gelato University in 2018, he spent the next two years researching and perfecting his gelato recipes. Aaron launched his own luxury variety for wholesale in his home village in June 2020, having gained the support of local businesses such as Hannans Meats. Moon Gelato has grown and now has stockists throughout N.I.
