Caseificio Brusati was founded in the 1930s by Giovanni Brusati, who, after many years of experiences, started his own Dairy Company in Trovo (Pavia, Italy). Caseificio Brusati has been producing Gorgonzola DOP, Taleggio DOP, Cow and Goat milk Caciotte, and Goat Blue cheese for over three generations with the traditional method known as “A caldaietta”. This method, combined with the passion of our staff, allows us to obtain one of the highest quality product on the market.
