The Söbbeke organic dairy has been producing first-class organic products with passion since 1988. You can taste this in the fresh, delicious organic products: from milk to cream, from natural and fruit yoghurt to pudding, rice pudding and cheese specialities.
Only cow's milk from organic dairy farmers is used to make the cheese. Each cheese is lovingly handmade by experienced master cheesemakers. It is a truly unique cheese with a lot of attention to detail!
