New Forest Shortbread is an entirely handmade product produced at Burley Rails Cottage, in the heart of the New Forest, by owner Tracy and her small team of local people. Having made shortbread for family and friends for many years, Tracy combined her love of the New Forest with her love of baking and produced delicious shortbread packed in beautifully illustrated boxes.
