I am a plant-based cheese producer based in Belfast. Originally from Argentina, I moved to the UK in 2018. After losing my job due to Covid, I decided to go back to my true love, vegan cooking. I'm the only vegan cheese producer in the region and would love to show Northern Irish people vegan products can also have great taste, and, Great Taste Awards.
